A girl could get used to waking up to this

Lexi: (opening her eyes when she woke up in our bed this morning, by then, it was just us girls). Mommy, you're still here!!! And it is a good day because it is not a school night; it is a snowing night!  And we are going to spend it together as a family.  It's the best day ever!  (lowers her voice) You're so pretty. (gets quiet and shy) nevermind.

Me: What? (I really wasn't sure what she had said.)

Lexi: You're so pretty!

Me: Awww, thank you, sweetie!

Lexi: And you're my very best mama!!

 Yeah, I could get used to this.

And I pretty much want the whole world to know that you're my daughter.
